Re-accreditation Workshop
OVERVIEW
Certification in the PRINCE2® method is fast becoming a standard requirement within the Project Management industry. The most desirable level of the certification is the PRINCE2® registered Practitioner qualification.
The PRINCE2® Examination Board has determined that all PRINCE2® Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 years of their original certification.
TARGET AUDIENCE
- Practitioners certified prior to October 2000 have the opportunity to take the re-registration examination in order to become a registered Practitioner and demonstrate their commitment to professional development.
- Those who have qualified since January 2001 or have voluntarily undertaken the re-registration qualification are designated as Registered Practitioners, which demonstrates to employers their commitment to continuous improvement.
COURSE CONTENT
This workshop takes candidates through a review of PRINCE2® method and the changes thereto. Candidates are provided with:
- PRINCE2® 2009
- PRINCE2® Re-accreditation exam
The re-registration examination comprises of a 1-hour examination set at the same standard as the Practitioner examination. All Practitioners who have taken the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification since October 2000 have agreed or are agreeing to this requirement as part of their initial application and so are now designated as Registered Practitioners.
ACCREDITATION
- A scenario background and 3 questions
- Each question is worth 12 marks, a total of 36 marks
- 55% to pass (20 marks)
- One hour duration
- Open book
